"I’ve never thought I’d ever have to write a review in my entire life until today. Been waiting over a month for simple parts such as a car door handle. Came in approximately 3 weeks ago and had me wait 4 hours only to tell me that the wrong parts came in for my vehicle. Ever since, I’ve called about 10 times still no solid response. Finally, I get an answer and was told that I will be receiving a call back day of.. but never happened. I love my vehicle, but after how bad kia service department has been I definitely won’t be owning another Kia again."
