"Call someone else. The staff has no communication with each and leaves you in the middle of their mess. After two appointments pushed back by the office staff, the installer laughed because they didn't even have a window with matching tint. They wasted two days of my life waiting for them. Don't let them waste your time."

"Took my Hummer H2 to replace the driver side window. However, after completing the installation, I noticed that the door panel was not installed correctly, and they broke one of the clips. I did call them to let them know the problem and they did offer to bring it back to fix it but it would just be a waste of my time. I fixed it myself. Overall, I would recommend but just make sure you go over the installation before you take it home. Customer service was good. Although they offered to fix the panel, I have to give it a 3 star just for my time and effort to fixing it. I just did not want to go back and wait another hour to get it fixed, time is money, we all know that. Other than that, I would of given them 5 starts."

"Unimpressed. Got sent here by my insurance provider to have my windshield replaced and have the ADAS systems calibrated. When you pull up they don't have the business name on the door or building which is confusing. Arrived and was told to sign documents that were not a written estimate for a specific repair. I then did not get a copy of an estimate as required by law. So the windshield replacement was completed in a timely manner and they recalibrated the ADAS system. Got a call and was told the vehicle was completed. I returned to the shop and went inside, paid my deductible and received a copy of the invoice. Once at my vehicle I inspected their work. I found small bits of glass on the front seats, center console and floor. I get it's not their job to detail the vehicle but at least clean up your mess. Also a roll of rubber seal was left in the vehicle also. Seems sloppy considering I wasn't even there waiting, as I initially stated: unimpressed. The staff was polite."
