"My Chevy Silverado 'threw' a plug. I tried a new plug, but no go. My father-in-law suggested a heili-coil. Made some calls and because I had to have my truck towed to the repair shop, I decided on Xpress. The other shops wouldn't give me a 'ballpark' figure on the cost to install the heili-coil. Even after I told them it was the very front plug, right behind the power steering pump and good access to the spark plug hole. I guess they did very few heili-coil installs on Chevy Silverados. Xpress gave me an estimate over the phone. Memo did the work and the truck runs better than it has in years. Will be taking the truck back for more maintenance repairs."
