"I have been using this body shop for the last few years and have always had a great experience. Everyone here is always a pleasure to deal with and the work is top notch. My only concern is that I needed shuttle service after dropping my vehicle off, and initially I was turned down. I was advised that I lived outside the 10 mile radius, when I have been dropped off in the past to Moreno Valley and to Fontana. after about 5 min of going back and forth I was advised that they would be providing an Uber for me but that they would not be willing to pick me up when the vehicle was ready. I’m not sure what the confusion was because I advised ahead of time that I would be needing shuttle service. I hope this shuttle service ordeal gets resolved in the future. My vehicle insurance has this down as a premium site, and I have never experienced such a situation. God bless"

"Our car was damaged in Oklahoma by the wind blowing a large piece of plywood into the car as we were going about 75 and it damaged the front panel, both doors and the back panel. We worked with Joey and he took care of everything. The paint color matches perfectly even though our car is a 2018. We have used this company at least 3 times in the past and have been very pleased each time."

"I had body work done on front passenger corner. Parts ordered before I brought the car in, when they arrived I brought the car back for the work. Brought in on Tuesday, work to be finished on Friday. Unfortunately one of the parts didn’t fit so had to be reordered. Car picked up Tuesday at closing. I and my family have used them several times before and have always been completely satisfied. If the parts hadn’t been damaged on arrival, I’m sure I’d be completely satisfied but this mistake cost me 4 more days in the rental car."

"I had insurance repair work done on my 2015 Toyota Tundra by Fritz Ford's affiliated auto body shop, 'Fix Auto Riverside'. MY estimator, Joey Toth, walked me through the whole process. It was clear that he knew his business and made me feel comfortable leaving my damaged truck there knowing it would be taken care of. 17 days later I have a truck as beautiful as when I drove it off the lot!
