"My Honda Clarity hit a large scrap of tire early one morning on the freeway and the damage to the front passenger side was extensive. My insurance company AAA, handled my claim and suggested Franks as a great auto body shop. I had used Franks services once before and I knew they would do an amazing job taking car of my car. My Service Adviser was Angel and he kept me informed and up to date on every step of the way. They use a handy website to also keep the customer up to date too. My time using Frank’s Collision Center was amazing. If I ever need any auto-body work, paint touch ups, or anything else I know where to call. They also provide lifetime warranties on some of the work that they perform. I highly recommend considering Franks anytime minor or major auto body work is required."

"Firstly, WOW. Never have I been to an auto shop of any kind where I was treated with genuine kindness AND quality craftsmanship. So many positive traits I could list; honesty, professionalism, integrity. Frank's made me feel like I was one of them. Justin, My adjuster, was incredible. I had an accident which went thru insurance and the first day Justin gave me an initial estimate within 20 minutes so I could have an idea if the car was totaled. It wasn't but at the time I was a little nervous and he gave me some peace of mind. The repair itself took about a month, but I was warned about this in advance so no issue. Plus it was the other parties dime so what did I care? A month later the car was ready and looked beautiful! Like it was brand new. Another month went by, car running beautifully and since we were in the middle of a lockdown, I decided I wanted a project so I bought some aftermarket fog lights to change up my cars appearance. Well to my surprise, the emergency tools were missing from the trunk. A little annoyed, I called Frank's and was immediately greeted by the receptionist Sarah, who was extremely professional and helpful. She was also super kind.Anyway, at the time Justin was on lunch so he was unable to call back. He called back later that day but I was unable to pick up so we talked the next day. He started immediately looking for the tools and foam tool holder. Unfortunately, do to unforeseen circumstances, which he explained at the time of the warranty inspection; did I mention they have a satisfaction guarantee? Anyway, do to unforeseen circumstances, It took about a month to get everything. Today, I went to have it installed and mentioned that I needed the jack for installation of the new fog lights. Justin had this look of concern in his eye and warned me that the emergency jack isn't a safe way to install those fog lights as he's heard of horror stories where the jack fails. He then offers to install them for me on the spot as well as some license plate lamps to replace the unlawful black-lights, no matter how cool they looked. He calls Ezekiel over and Ezekiel installs the fog lights and Justin the license plate lamps. I am so grateful I chose this repair shop and would use them again in a heartbeat. "Anyone who rates this location under 4 stars is way too dramatic. No matter what the car experience is or was, the bottom line here seems to be that they aim to satisfy the customer on their time and dime. In any instance where you need a collision repair, the time frame is going to be a little off. Any belongings you leave in your vehicle are not their responsibility, but they're nice enough to collect them for you and place them in a bag or the safest place they can find in your vehicle. I waited over 2 weeks to get my car back after a rear end repair. The time frame was initially a week or less, but sometimes there is unforeseen damage to the frame rather than just the actual damaged part so of course stuff like that takes time. I was more than happy and willing to give them the time they needed to do the repairs because like most people, I prefer quality over quantity. When I picked my car up, the color did not match my car exactly. Justin, wanted nothing more than to make sure I was happy, so my car is there yet again and I wouldn't have it any other way. They're amazing and I'd take any car I own to them. I'd recommend them a thousand times over as well.
