"My first transaction with Rome's was an alignment job and I really liked that they didn't try to up sell anything else. A few days later my wife's Sienna was making a weird sound. I took it in and they diagnosed the issue (water pump) I had them take care of it. Less than a year later I heard the same sound and took it back.
