"My insurance company recommended Ben Clymers body shop to me and it took 5 weeks to get an appointment to bring my vehicle in. I was concerned that after waiting 5 weeks to bring it in but was told that once I was in the shop it would be done in appropriate 2 weeks. Nearly 5 months later and stories about waiting for parts I received my vehicle, is this the way a business should run? My contract with the shop wasn't very professional and aggressive on the phone there is no excuse for this. I did receive a call from the shop manager and he was very courteous and apologized for my poor service and treatment."
