"I left my hot rod there to get the differential serviced and I had to tow my car home. I parked the car there with no issues. I picked the car up with a knock that turned out to be a spun rod bearing. The owner said that it knocked when they started it up after I parked it. It is hard to believe that I drove it 40 miles with no knock and all of a sudden it has a knock when they start it up to move it in the shop . It doesn't just spin a rod bearing just sitting there, and I would not have made it to the shop in that condition. The car was either taken for a joy ride or revved past its limits while in their care. Unfortunately I cannot rate the work done on the differential because they ruined my engine."

"I had new gears put in my 2016 Jeep Wrangler today. I received exceptional service from Premier West Gears. I dropped it off in the morning and it was done a couple hours later. I picked it up at the end of the day, just a few minutes before they closed and I was not rushed out. They walked me through the break-in period and what I need to do to make these gears last (I did not receive any instructions from the last place I had work done). Pricing was fair and straightforward. Everyone I dealt with from the phone call/reservation through drop off to the pick was nothing but professional and knowledgeable. "They do great work, first off met them off work hours and they offered to tell me what was wrong with my rear end for free. They promised to get it back to stock or better (bold words for not even seeing the rear diff yet) But they absolutely delivered!!! My 5th Gen is absolute beast with zero gear whine. As far as pricing goes i have no clue, and honestly for the quality work they did they could have charged me double what they did and i still would have paid. They were extremely fast and professional and one of the most knowledgeable shops i have found. I will be sending all my friends to them without hesitation. i wish i could give them 6 out of 5 start but."
