"Like the other customer that complained in the reviews a month ago,I brought my vehicle in for a basic tire rotation. I arrived around 9am, the parking lot was pretty much empty the garage wasn't full. I let the guy that helped me up front know I needed my vehicle back by noon. I come back around 11:45am and they haven't even looked at my vehicle yet. They told me I should arrive around 8am if I want my vehicle to be in an d out. Truth is no tech was going to make any commission on this service because the tires were purchased from them."

"Had a noon appointment today and arrived a little early. Gave the associate behind the desk my keys and sat down to wait. I needed to pickup my child at 1:30 so when I noticed my car was still in the parking lot at 12:40 untouched I told the same person I gave my keys to that I need to pickup my child soon and so he asked me if I wanted to come back later? Told him I couldn’t then he asked me if I wanted to make an appointment another day and that simply set me off. Told him no, they had already wasted enough of my …… time. Been a customer for my last 5 cars but can’t handle that level of service. People actually have real lives and commitments and so imo it you can’t reasonable service a vehicle based on an appointment call or at least let them know when they arrive."

"I had an alignment check done on my dodge ram fifteen hundred. They said my alignment was inspect and there was no charge. I'll be back"

"The Les Schwab located on Concord Ave has a great service, topnotch and helpful staff. Efficient service. Clean space. They even offer little perks like free coffee and pop corn, but more importantly they offer an impeccable service that other competitors just don't. I will be going back there for my next tire needs. Thanks for keeping it up."
