Kevin was really nice and thoroughly explained what work was done to my car. My only issue was that it was hard to find parking upon arrival when I dropped off and picked up my car because of all the cars needing repairs that were parked in front. But the interior of their front office was clean and their front office staff were very friendly."

"I had an appointment at 9:00 am and our estimator said he would be with me in 1-2 min. What a horrible experience. There lot is jammed with damaged cars No where to park. Let me add I got there early too. The front desk told me he was in a production meeting. Wouldn’t you think the production meeting would happen at 7:30 am not when customer are there. Terrible customer service."
