"I want to express my deep disappointment with the complete lack of responsibility shown by this company, as they have completely ignored the questions I sent them via email. I wrote a detailed letter last Thursday and followed up with a phone call, informing them about the email and requesting them to read it and provide me with feedback. The service advisor assured me that they were reviewing it and promised to call back or respond in writing. However, when Monday came around, I sent them another email asking for a response, but they neither replied nor returned my call. It feels as though they have no interest in earning money, but that's alright; I will find another service provider. It's a great disappointment considering that they were recommended by the parts manufacturers."
"Had work done on our motorhome. Matt and Harold were absolutely tenacious in finding the problems, fixing them, and keeping their word and backing up any work done with follow-up. "We have trusted Fleet Services to service our 2005 Expedition, but now we know better and I wanted to share the experiences with you. Fleet Services has no problem charging ridiculous rates. But we were not as concerned with the rates as the quality and timeliness of service. The first thing that happened was damage to our coach while getting it repaired there. They paid for the body work and we let the incident go. On our next visit, we needed an oil change before a long trip. I cautioned them about putting too much oil in the coach. I had done that mistakenly and it spewed oil out the back of the coach all over the coach, the towing gear and the jeep we tow behind. We even paid them to steam clean the spilled oil from the radiator. (They were aware it was a problem). We received our coach back just in time for a five week trip. On our first leg of the journey, we were dumbfounded to see that Fleet Services had put about two quarts too much oil in the coach. It was EVERYWHERE. I called them and they agreed to clean up the coach and the towing gear when we returned. The oil everywhere made the trip miserable. When we returned I took the coach in and told them what I expected and where the dirty towing accessories were located. It took a week and a half to call and let me know that the coach was ready. The idiots used a very hot steam cleaner to get the oil off of the back of our fiberglass coach. It ruined the finish and left our clear coat peeling away everywhere. I confirmed with the manager that was what was done and he agreed and just shrugged. We then went to the towing accessories and all of them were still covered with oil. He was visibly frustrated because he was told that the job was finished. And again shrugged. The management here is incompetent. No one is checking to ensure the jobs are done as promised. There is no quality control. This is completely unacceptable for a service company that charges so much. We will never give them our business again. If you choose to go here, you will be paying for work that could be done incorrectly of not done at all."
"These guys saved me. I was on Christmas vacation with my family when I blew an air bag on my truck. On Thursday evening after Christmas, I called and spoke with Harold. I explained my situation and he had me come in early the next morning. He spent a lot of time calling around for parts available for same day. The soonest was 2 days out and we were hoping to be back on the road by then. After many phone calls, he found a place in Riverside that had one in stock. I drove to Riverside and picked up the parts. As soon as I returned he had a tech (Paul) start on my truck. Long story short, they didn't have to take care of me like they did, but they did. I lost a day of vacation with my family, but they got me back on the road safely on a Friday in between holidays. After I got home Harold called me to make sure everything went well on the trip and we returned home safely. I couldn't ask for more and truly appreciate the help they provided."
