"I got into an accident on February 14th and I was sent to a Caliber by my Insurance where I found out about this specific Mercedes Certified Repair Center. As soon as they told me I immediately requested to get my car sent to this location. When I got here I was assigned to Service Advisor Ivonne Mendez and WOW!!! She is absolutely amazing!! She dealt with my insurance and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. She was great to talk to and she kept me updated on everything going on. I did find out that my car wouldn’t be ready for about a month!! Due to their insurance policy, Enterprise was unable to give me a Mercedes and most of their other cars were slower but Ivonne came through! She was able to get my car sped up and got me out of my rental in under two weeks. When I picked up my car they had cleaned the interior and exterior and OH MY GOD, my car looked gorgeous! This woman is amazing! She goes above and beyond in her job and she deserves all the praise and more!! If you get to choose your service provider, GO WITH IVONNE!! She will provide you with an equal or greater experience!"
