"Took my 2018 Mercedes Gla-250 in for service and the staff was so nice and friendly. My car should have taken a few hours, the job was complete in an hour and a half. The fee was reasonable. Even after taking it to a well known M shop that told me I needed to replace a few things, Ray looked at it with me and we determined nothing further was needed. "Wow! I can't even begin to tell you how awesome the owner, Ray is. I bought a used Mercedes and after going to different referred shops by my friends, I found Ray's via Yelp and Google. He called me immediately to tell me that there was a line that was glued and leaking and I needed to fix it asap, as it was dangerous for me to drive around with. After going to 3 different shops who didn't catch this, Ray and his team was a Godsend. He was able to find the part, get it shipped and Ryan put it in for me. I originally went there to get something else fixed, but because of my budget, we went with what mattered first and what would keep me safe. Anyone who is contemplating coming here, you need to go! When it comes down to service and quality, Ray has got it down. And he will even take care of the rental car if you need your car to be there for a day or two. Thank you so much Ray!!"
