This was the first time I had to go to an auto repair shop by myself, so I was super nervous, but when I arrived, Charlie greeted me with such positivity and kindness! I got my oil changed within 15-20 minutes and they checked my tire pressure too (without me asking/knowing I needed it). Also, the price was very reasonable.
