BUT they did have a warranty program that did give me a refund .. 2 months later I took my car back after another mechanic had installed my turbo incorrect and another held it for 2 weeks doing nothing... R.A.R. was able to fix it cheaper and with-in 2 days. Would bring my car back again for future issues."

"DON'T EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Terrible service, the owner is a smug jerk and they do terrible work. 2 months now I've been dealing with a terrible break and rotor service they did. Ever since they worked on my front breaks they have been giving off a terrible burning rubber smell. They gaslit me into thinking it was cheap pads so I went with the ones they recommended/provided. Turns out the pads they put on my car warped my rotors and the car started to smoke. I could've gotten into a terrible accident or died due to their negligent service. I brought it to their shop THREE times with my concerns and they brushed me off saying everything was fine every time. I took it to another shop who I trust and knows what they're doing and they confirmed my fears. I went back to them to get money back for their shoddy service and the owner smugly told me its not their problem and tried to blame the calipers (which they also serviced and I had 2 other shops look at/service and confirm they were fine). When I caught the owner in a lie about the 3rd visit and him telling me he put it up on the lift and looked at it, and I told him no you didn't it was parked the whole time I was there I could see it from the waiting room, he smugly smiled and continued to say its not their problem. I recommend everyone stay away from this place. I will be filing a report with the State Bureau of Automotive Repair. EDIT: Adding in an edit since Google doesn't let you reply to the business' response. And LOL, their response is not the defense they think it is. In what world does a shop provide a break service without inspecting it? I absolutely did not say to not inspect the vehicle. I literally asked you guys to look and tell me what needs to be replaced and what doesn't. My invoice literally says "break service," if you didn't even inspect the breaks before doing the work, what exactly did I pay for then? Nice way of telling on yourself there. And again, 2 different shops told me the calipers aren't the issue, but if you actually read my initial review you would've seen that. Both told me it was your work, not the calipers. And yes I am well aware of the warranty, I used the warranty to have the work redone by someone who knows what they're doing. Problem is this "nationwide" warranty only covered half. That's why I went back to you wanting money back. You accuse me of leaving out details, yet you did exactly that when bringing up you telling me about the warranty. I have been more than patient and understanding throughout this ordeal, more than your shop deserves. I was not aggressive, I was upset and frustrated, who wouldn't be at this point? Did I use profanity? Yes, ONE TIME. And that was only after it became glaringly obvious your shop did not care one bit about my issues and told me repeatedly it "wasn't your problem." You act like me using a bad word somehow justifies your treatment of me and your shoddy work. If you actually think it does, you guys have thinner skin than I thought and are in the wrong business. For anyone in the public reading this, I hope their response to my review just gives you even more reason to never come here. Not once did they actually successfully refute any of my claims."
