Benjamin opened his lot for me and had the vehicle cleaned and serviced for my drive back home. When I found out that it didn't have the DVD option as advertised, Benjamin gave me a refund to go purchase it. It is nice to deal with a used car dealership with integrity especially knowing that he did not have to do it since the contract was an As-Is contract.
