"Needed new breaks on the spot (on a Saturday of all days). They took care of me along with checking the car for any other issues. The cost was the same as pep boys (or a bit less) but without the all-day wait or having to make an appointment."

"I came to service my failing transmission from 09 Honda Civic and left it to the mechanic with the initial price of $1100 for rebuilding the transmission. But after a couple of days, the mechanic called me telling me there was another problem with the transmission in which it was going to cost another $300 which I said was fine. Then after a week the mechanic called me again saying there was a problem with the clutch as it needed new springs. But prior to the previous phone call he told me that clutch was in good condition and that only the transmission was the main issue in which is why he was charging me $300 extra. So the mechanic tells that the clutch springs are wasted and that I will need to replace them for $250 and later in the phone call he tells me somehow the clutch disc is broken. Funny thing is, however, is that those same clutch spring set cost about $10 at AutoZone and that the installation is nothing more than just lining them into a slot, nothing more. Nothing complicated, just pop them in and you're good. Never coming here ever again. Such shady business tactics to make more profit. Customer BEWARE."
