However , I was not able to do that and did not know this until my receipt Reached my email. Notify me that I had not been able to retrieve my 20% off coupon. When I brought this to their attention, they would not honor that coupon because they decided to say that they gave me a $20 off coupon for the Lucas, which is also told to me when getting the service done as well. So my understanding was that I will get the 20% off. Which equates to $30 for my service and the additional $20 off. Because this would have been more affordable for me. However, I feel like I was tooken advantage of in that moment since I expressively let them know. I am low on funds and needed to utilize that coupon in order to make sure the service was taken care of. So I'm not quite sure If i will be back here. They are however very nice young individualsi just don't appreciate that type of service. If my coupon was not going to be honored it would have been nice to have known this. I had a time instead of thinking it would be honored only to have them. Switch out microphone for $20 off. It would even be better to ask me which one I would have preferred to be used 1 or the other. I have course would have picked the 20% off. How are these were not choices given to me? And I was led to believe one thing and then charged another This is bad business practices"
