Just came in and was being forced to upgrade services when I specifically requested a basic oil change…. Buyer beware, they WILL try and take advantage of unsuspecting vehicle owners!!! Take your business elsewhere!!"

"Hello Out There! Overall had a great experience here with George (the owner) and his team. I purchased and had them out a new set of tires on my 2015 Z71 Tahoe, new pads and the front (they turned my rotors as well) and upon further inspection they noticed whomever installed the pads on my rear tires previously installed them backwards - was a great catch by their Technician! Waiting area was clean + there’s plenty of shopping options around and restaurants you can walk to visit while waiting. *5 Starts all around!"
"Worst service ever. I called to schedule an appointment and I was told sure we can take you in at 2:30 which was already 230 and I said well it’s 230 already. He said oh I’m sorry we can take you in at four I said, OK great, I’ll be right in I came in. It was just about 3 o’clock and as I walked in Ethan is at the front desk I asked I need an oil change. His first response was we’re backed up and I was like OK I’ll wait. He said it’s gonna be about two hours. You should come back tomorrow, I can make you an appointment because that’ll be easier. If you have an appointment it’s about 45 minute wait, you have made an appointment. It seems like he was trying to discourage me from getting an oil change but it’s raining and I already drove here because I did have an appointment for 4 o’clock, but because he wouldn’t let me speak. He didn’t even know that I actually had an appointment that Bart had made for me. He asked me for my keys and he proceeded to come outside and take my mileage and came back gave me a receipt and said that it would be two hours about 38 minutes in one of the other employees came back out and got in my car and was in my car for a little bit and then he came back out put my keys in the bag and put my stuff back on the Wall and proceeded to get the next car. I asked Ethan why was I skipped he went to talk to the guy and said that my car wouldn’t start we came back out and we realized that the steering wheel is locked and the key won’t turn. What did they do to my car? I have no idea, but now my car won’t start and he took no accountability never apologize he was rude very unprofessional and I ended up calling a tow truck to get my car tow because it won’t start. He said he didn’t do anything to my car in order for him to get my mileage, he pressed the button which is unlikely because you have to actually turn the key to get the mileage it’s an electrical car you cannot turn the key and get any response from this car so no you did something to my car after I called the tow truck I went to speak to him and I asked if I could speak to a manager for my surprise he stated he was the manager And I told him your attitude, rude unappreciative and stated that it was a long day and it was yes he had a bad day but then said that I was using him as my punching bag. I didn’t have a bad day buddy my day was great until I came here And came across you with your bad vibes. Never apologize for anything was very pompous and uncaring. Bart, who had made my appointment for 4 o’clock even came back after to check up on me which is 6:00 PM. He apologize he offered to bring me a tea he offered to give me a ride home he went above and beyond, his professionalism does not compare anything to Ethan so if you go to this shop just always remember to ask for Bart. He seems to have a great attitude and has more customer skills. Goodyear if there’s an award that you give to your employees, I would suggest that Bart should be the next employee of the month if not the next employee of the year."
"Found them on Groupon, easily to make appt the next day 7/14/2023 -$560.41 - Changed oil + wheel alignment (Groupon deal) - Replaced brake pads, coolant flush, and more On the same day, I went down to San Diego and my car kept moving swiftly and oversteering dangerously on the freeway and local. I checked and saw that one of the tires had uneven wear on the side (very obviously and of course my mechanics didn't give me a head up when he changed the brake pad and did tire rotation). I changed the tire immediately the next day and returned to Orange, the oversteer is less but still very unstable. 7/18 -$0 I came back asking for an alignment re-check. The young male receptionist told me this is the best they could do, and did not want to give me the alignment report, only allowing me to take photos. However, the problem was still there. 7/25 -$951.72 - Join balls + brake pad The oversteer gave me headaches and distress every time I drove, so I needed to return to talk to them. The other guy (not Ethan) aggressively told me that kind of my car's problem, this was the last time the mechanics would work on it. Oh wow hello, do you think I want to return for ONE SINGLE problem? I know my car's alignment was bad but not this worst. They took my car into their garage and came out saying that someone changed my tire and did a lousy job because he can shake my tire easily. Hm, I must be flying with my car; otherwise, I couldn’t safely be in another location that was 20 miles away from my house. Okay, then he told me to change the joint balls (broken) + strut (bad but okay)+ front brake pad. The aggressive guy now told me that's their fault for not checking the brake carefully and that he now will cut something on my brake disk free for me (? didn't say this on the paper so I don't know what his magical words meant) *** I appreciated the mechanical job and hard work during summer time. I trusted Groupon and Yelp's reviews but I got displeased things when working with this business: - The tone and the phrasing of the aggressive guy without listening to the whole story and checking the car again thoroughly - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - They made me come back the third time to finally took care of my car's problem. - IGNORING CUSTOMER FEEDBACK To end my review, here is the famous quote of Warren Buffett: "It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you'll do things differently.""
