Zee's Smog Test Only Station

"The lady that works there gave me the paperwork and asked me to fill it out and told me to pull my car in as soon as she moves the car blue cking the entrance to the shop. While I was working on the paperwork in my car she asked me to move the car in. After I moved the car in, the guy working with her inside the shop asked me where am I going and told me to move it out and stop in front of the shop. I explained that the lady told me otherwise. He started being rude to her and me buy dismissing what she said and told me to RELAX. so I moved the car out and stopped in front of the shop where he asked me. After another customer came, he asked me to move the car back to the parking spot. I complained about the confusion and that he needs to use better language and after all customer service is important in their line of work. I guess he didn't like that and said, I better go somewhere else. Smog check is available in the area by many people. I took my business to somewhere more friendly."

"My family has been coming to Zee's Smog for quite some time and he's always so sweet. I came in to get a smog check done and I was feeling a bit under the weather. Zee greeted me and offered some water and to make some tea for me (I'm sure he caught on that I was sick lol). The tea, conversation, and service were all great! Thank you Zee!"
