"This guy is "amazing", I bring my car here for transmission fluid maintenance. It costs $80 for parts and services (quite cheaper than other around shops). However, when bringing car home, my cousin find out that transmission oil filter has been replaced. We call him back and get explanation that: 1st my car still new and it doesn't need to change transmission fluid filter ; 2nd he explains his shop doesn't have the filter at that point; 3rd he blames on me that I didn't ask him to change the filter; finally he says that I have to order the filter by myself and bring it back for him to change it. Good and Bad guys are all around, and you have to finger it out by yourself."
