"Had to take back for same issue that they didn't fix the first time. Customer service was excellent though."
"Got some work done but had better service than this else where. 5 stars for Briana. 4 stars for accommodation. They got me a lyft driver since I lived within 5 miles of their center. 4 stars for sending me a okay mid video. Minus stars for not doing anything about the problems.. they found out that I was missing something rather important like a battery clamp and just left it. Didn't ask me if I want to buy a new one or ask if they can throw in a new one. They were doing something to the battery already, May as well fix it the right way. When picking up the car, it was dirty. Other service centers wash the car for me. Maybe today the extra touch guy was sick. Or this center doesn't wash the car before returning it to customers. I got in after work so Briana, the nice lady, wasn't there but it's okay. When you gotta go , you gotta go. I get that. No stars deducted there. I gave my papers, that had the 0$ estimate, to some guy I forgot his name already. He charged me what wasn't on the original estimated paper. 250 bucks more than my estimate but Briana had told me already about it so I knew if I needed it then they'd do it. I guess if it was something else, then they would not waste their time to do that specific service. So I gave my cc to the guy who was paying more attention to another customer guy behind me who came in bout 5 minutes after me. He had issues too but at least wait for me to get out of the store before you ignore me dude. I got my receipts and got out of there. I had a recall item to take care of and I hope they fixed it the correct way. Minus two stars overall because my car was dirty and they saw a related issue that they could fix but did not fix... they told me what is worn and tore but no estimate on how much it was going to cost to fix it or even any suggestions."
"I've brought my car to get service three times here. 1st time was ok didn't notice nothing off. 2nd time, they didn't rotate my tires when I told them about it they said that they put the better ones in the front even though all four had the same thread number. Fine I'll let it slide. 3rd time went to pick up my car after two days of being there and nobody mentioned to me the gash on my tire nor the condition of my tires or filters I had to read it on the report when I got home. I feel like this deserved at least a phone call or someone to mention it to me when I went for my car, what is the point of the inspection or advisor if you're not going to tell the customer what you find. I had also left it for them to check the automatic high beams not turning on and they couldn't "find" the problem but literally a 2 minute Google search and I was able to reset the sensor and solve the issue."
"Took my car in to get an oil change and when I got my car back I noticed scratches on two of my rims. To make matters worse after I got off the phone with the service rep I also noticed damage to the window weatherstrip. To say that I am pretty upset is a bit of an understatement. I take great pride in taking care of my vehicle and expect the same from you guys when my vehicle is in your possession. Then again I’m not surprised this happened considering I saw an employee parking a customer’s car on the lift with the hood up. Hopefully Bruce sees that when he reviews the cameras as to what happen with my vehicle."
"I bought my first car here at Long Beach Honda. I want to start off by saying that I always look for the best deals/prices before purchasing something because I like to spend my money wisely. I searched for several months, since December to be exact, and went to many, many dealerships looking at used and new cars before I decided Long Beach Honda was the best. I ended up purchasing a new 2020 Honda Civic LX. The thing I like the most about this dealership was obviously the price but they also had great customer service and were honest about what they promised me when buying the car. I believe that dealerships tend to not be completely honest but this dealership really wants you to be happy with purchase and welcome you into the "Honda Family". Carlos, the manager, was very patient and kind with me when dealing with my uncertainty of purchasing a new car. He made sure I was well taken care of and proved to be accountable. I really feel that he genuinely wants the customer to be happy and that buyer/seller relationships are of utmost importance to him. Since nothing is ever perfect, there was a small issue that was quickly resolved by him which is why I believe this dealership deserves 5 stars: the price and trustworthiness. I would definitely recommend this dealership for the best prices and customer service and if the future allows it I would come back and purchase another Honda from here."
