"My suv had check engine light showing a small evap leak. I brought it to this shop and the guy just connected his scanner and said he knew the problem and was easy fix. I told the guy that the code that should in the scanner I had already replaced. He said not to worry that he would go beyond to check. I went to go pick it up after two days sitting there. He said fixed and ready to go. I asked the guy what was the problem all he said it was what the scanner said. I decided that he was the mechanic and he knew what he was talking about. Before I left I told the guy that the check engine would come on latest two days. Sure enough it happened. I called him immediately and told him the issue and he said to schedule an appointment as he was already booked. I made the day for a Tuesday morning. When I got there he said “ I have too much work lined up with FEDEX trucks. I won’t be able to even get to it until next week Monday”. I asked him “you had to time to call me and say you would not be able to work on my suv”. I decided to take my suv somewhere and was done sameday. For my experience it didn’t go well but definitely will not recommend as the professionalism was never for the small client."

"I really like coming here. Since I stopped going to the dealer I've been coming here. The owner is very nice and treats me with respect as a women. Because a lot of mechanics are not very nice to women. Can be a little pricey in some things but service is excellent. Only big major problem is you have to get there early because it gets real busy real quick."

"I’ve been coming to this guys for years even before he owned his own shop and I can tell you that he knows what he is talking about. I can’t understand why people here are saying he’s a crook you guys don’t know him like I do so stop with that bs talk if he says you need to replace it then replace it he would work with you if still feel something is off then just talk to him I’m sure he would fix it and work with you if you just ask. Best shop ever people! For those people that can’t afford taking there vehicles to dealerships then Navel’s Auto Repair is where you want to take your car because at the end of the day dealerships are the crooks not him. Tell him that “El Chiquilin” recomeded you there."
