"I have been bringing cars here for over 20+ years when Jay was running it. Jay retired approximately 6 months ago (May 2023). I recently called to see if they could dismantle an alarm system that was draining my battery. Caesar quoted me over the phone and saw me as soon as I rolled up. For one reason or another, he could not dismantle the "factory set alarm". Had it been an aftermarket alarm, he would have easily taken care of it. However, Caesar was amazing in recommending Ted Perez with Lexus Automotive Service that had been in the same lot for over 25+ years but recently moved to 3820 El Segundo Blvd., Unit E2, Hawthorne, CA 90250. I appreciate referrals when I can get them, especially when it's for great businesses being run by decent human beings."
"This guy was cool at first but he lied to me all the way around. Idk why people do that. I asked for 5% ceramic tint upfront but it isn't I can still see through the windows. He then didn't even tint my front windshield because he wanted to work on other people's cars. He left the job half way done. The tint job was to be desired for. Improper cuts everywhere. Save yourself some money and go to someone way more professional."

I took in my head unit that I bought off crutch field and got it installed with them and they were very fast to get to work on it if I could give a higher rating I would these guys did an amazing job I recommend completely!"
