"HANDS DOWN THE BEST MECHANIC I'VE EVER WORKED WITH! So grateful to come across an honest mechanic shop in Los Angeles. We were having issues with out Chevy Sonic not passing smog. We took it to Jeff's after a quick google search and they went above and beyond. They were able to diagnosis the problem same day and let us know a rough estimate. Unfortunately, to replace the catalytic converter was way out of our budget and instead of Jeff's mindlessly charging us for the repair they went out of their way to research the part- call out to the Chevy dealership- speak to their service department- get some warranty information- and relayed all of that information back to us. Turns out, our catalytic converter was still covered under an emissions warranty and we were able to save about $4k thanks to Jeff's Auto Repair! We will be taking all our cars to Jeff's from now on!"
