"Good organic food. However, there's a girl in the deli area who is completely rude. She is big, has black curly hair, and is of darker complexion. I only describe her because there are a lot of people back there who are absolutely nice and provide good service, and i dont intend to get them in any trouble. However, management should look it the behavior of this person. She was rude, did not acknowledge anyone, was annoyed at providing deli service, and completely ignored me and my toddler. This is a grocery store, and i assume that customers are important and customer service should be a priority."

"Good organic/health food store. My sister and I were waiting in line and a Customer Service employee walked between the register and the line of customers and pushed us out of his way impolitely because he wanted to get through. Without saying excuse me. The man’s job is to provide customer service. The clerk checking us out (young man who looked like he could care less about the guest experience) did not react at all and looked like he was straight out of the movie Shaun of the Dead. Will not be shopping here again."

"As locals, my family and I frequent Good Earth maybe more than we should :) Everything in store is organic and the quality is unmatched. You certainly pay for what you receive but we don't mind spending a little more to know that our family is eating the best. The service is wonderful and the folks who shop here are certainly a community. Worth stopping in for a sandwich or fresh fruits and veggies, smoothies, etc."
