"I rented a car from the Goleta Enterprise location for a month. The check in was easy. The young woman who came and picked us up at the airport was friendly and we had our car just as fast as if we had rented from the airport. After a few days with our full size rental I decided I wanted a more fuel efficient car and I requested a specific make and model, knowing it was unlikely I would get what I asked for. However, Adrian and his team made it happen! Similarly, after I made the car reservations the airlines changed my flight such that I could not return the car during normal business hours.
