"avoid this shop big time,i was in the auto body repair buisness for years, started as a painter, ended up as a frame repair tech, my small bmw convertable went to mcleans for a smaller bumper minor hood collision, car was absolutly driveable ,my insurance uses them for their direct repair, i remember when this shop had a good reputation when mike Mclean was running it, so i had them work on it, i also made a deal where i would pay out of pocket to strip some chipping and paint it complete . 10 months later , there not finished??? i had to buy another car, it appears they painted it before repairing the alignment of bumper and hood? the bumper doesnt even closly line up with the hood, what kind of shop wastes 10 months, paints before fixing the bumper alignment ,which was the main reason car went to shop in the first place ?and i have heard every ridiculos excuse in the book...the amount of stress this has caused is very unfair on adam mcleans part and i couldnt emphasize enough how dissatisfied i am"
