"Spent a little over $2500 to have a new screen put into my Jeep. Wanted everything to be wireless but found out that I would have to hook up to a cord for CarPlay when I arrived to pick it up. When I asked how can I make it completely wireless, I was told that they could install a $200 wireless dongle. I asked them if they could order it and was told that it should be in, in a couple of days. Within days of having the new screen, my backup camera was not working and communicated that with the owner Mike via text. Was told that he would get back to me in a couple of days. Almost a month later, I have yet to receive any communication from anyone. I’ve called and left messages, as well as my husband. All I wanted was a wireless CarPlay. Didn’t throw a fit or ask for any kind of discount. Even agreed with Dylan when we said that it was all a misunderstanding and that we all didn’t communicate my wants. Honestly it just seems like they don’t want to do it, due to the fact that they said that it took them longer than expected to take apart the Jeep interface."
