"Made an appt for oil change thought I would be in and out since I don’t live nearby. I pulled in and 3 service guys were sitting in there booths. Nobody came out to greet me or see what I needed. There were no other cars waiting, I was the only one. I got out and asked is someone was going to help me. They said someone would be with me shortly. I still waited another 10mins. I went in and spoke with a girl behind the counter and she said someone will help me shortly. The guy finally came to help me and said I would have to wait 2hrs. I mean what’s the point in making an appointment anymore. It was about 1.5 hr wait. I definitely won’t be bothering to bring my car back here. It’s a shame I bought my car here and had a great experience."

"Made an appointment for a service for my truck. When I got there I was told it would take about 1.5 hours plus another 30 minutes for the recall. When I questioned the length of time I was told "this isn't Jiffy Lube". So after 2 hours I was told it was done. I was looking over the services performed and saw it listed twice that they set tire PSI to factory specs. Which is good because I know they were low because my truck has a monitor that shows the tire pressures. When I got in I checked my tire pressures and they were low and exactly the same PSI that they were when I went in. The funny thing is Jiffy Lube has never failed to air up my tires. It's not really a big deal but if they missed this and falsely listed it as done it makes me wonder what else was missed. Over all the service was ok but I doubt I'll be back simply because if how long it took. I thought making an appointment would speed things along but that's clearly not the case."

"Jon Rogers, our service advisor was amazing. One of our key fobs was stolen and he got me right in. He addressed our needs, ordered the part, and had our vehicle back to us the next day.
