"You know the spec's of the vehicle (If I can look them up on line, so can your employee's!), and quote the oil change for 5 quarts and then charge for a 6th at the end. Shady in my opinion. Then you say there are 2 free quarts included, if needed after the oil change - I requested to take them at the time of my oil change and was denied. WHY??? If those 2 quarts are included, then use one of them for the 6th quart during the oil change!!!!"

"I had done all the changes to all the filters including the air filter. I too my Silverado there for an oil change. While there they showed my an old dirty and ripped air filter and recommended I change it. But I changed it before I went there!! They lied and tried to cheat me for more money. They also said my brake fluid needed to be changed just after I had the dealer do a brake job. Never trust anything from them and never will ever go back."
