"The host guiding us to our table, hardly spoke to us. The waitress knew very little about the rewards in the app, knew very little about the soup of the day , knew very little about items on the menu. It was very frustrating."
"So my mother and I came in to eat we ordered our drinks and waited for our food and my mother has mental health issues and she was talking to herself but not hurting anyone she was very polite. I noticed it had been an hour since we ordered so I asked the waiter how long it would take since I noticed people were getting their food that came in after us. The waiter said that the owner had told them not to serve us that he could see us on camera and not to serve us yet the waiter didn’t bother telling us until I asked we have never done anything wrong to be treated that way so I hope one day the karma monster pays the owner a visit."

"I was truly amazed by how well the customer service has improved over the years since I last went. The food was really good as well and left my family and i impressed with the overall positive experience we received. They also offer free kids meals Everyday from 4-10PM. I just want to give kudos to our waitress Uzi. Her service was impeccable and was very hospitable. She provided excellent service and was on top of our drink refills and our food order. We will definitely be returning again soon."
