"My experience was fantastic from start to finish. From the very beginning I had a friendly and helpful agent. Omar made the whole transaction pleasant with a genuine smile and great service. Even though they were busy he was very polite and acknowledged the other customers that he would be with them shortly and kept a great attitude through the whole process. The car was in great shape. Very clean, tank filled and tires all checked. I always double check fluids and they were all at level. As someone who had to travel for work a lot, I had poor customer service experiences with other car rentals. People often forget to give you that feeling of welcome and that they value you as a customer. I will definitely look forward to using the Lompoc location again for future travels."

"I draw my car from the enterprise location in Lompoc, California. This location is not open on weekends which is extremely odd and not very convenient. They also don't have a secure drop location for their keys. They would have to build something that would be secure but evidently they are unwilling to do so. That makes the dropping off of the car also extremely inconvenient. However, I haven't had a problem with any of their cars."
