"Went to purchase a car off Facebook marketplace didn't know it was a dealership was not in the description and nobody let me know when I messaged them. When I messaged them they gave me a number to call or text I called and no one answered so I texted got a fairly quick response I asked if they would lower the price of the vehicle a couple hundred $$ and they said they would and when i arrived they said they needed the amount they were asking in description which is what id expect from a dealership but i was unaware of it being a dealership in the first place. Asked if the check engine light was on they said no. The vehicle in the description said it had less mileage on it than when I arrived it had more than what was stated. They said there was nothing wrong with the car when I test drove it, it was a little jerky. Before I got there I let them know I was 5 minutes away and had no response let them know I was pulling in but was a little lost because I was looking for a house not a dealership. I waited 10-15 minutes before I got a response back I called and texted first call was declined and told to text I texted waited 10 minutes and called again than finally got an answer a guy answered and handed his phone straight to another lady who was rude and had an attitude and very impatient did not want to be on the phone said she didn't even want to go outside but now she had to because she had the guys phone and had to walk outside to hand it back to him. Kept having an attitude and trying to get off the phone when we're having trouble locating the address. Bad experience here they're not honest or up front about the vehicles they are selling wouldn't recommend them. Not surprising they have low ratings."
