"These dudes are complete scam artists. I’m an autistic man, and these guys decided that they would tell me a holding deposit was non refundable at the time. $2k dollars. I felt I had to legally purchase the trailer because of that and spent the $20k. All the money I had. The trailer was ridden with mold, broken and damaged every which place. This was supposed to be my home and now I’m about to be homeless and sick with mold toxins just so these guys could make a quick buck. They did everything under the sun to strong arm me into the sale. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE. All of their items are completely garbage and just surface cleaned to look new."
