We had a budget and when it looked as if we would need to shop at various stores to stay within that budget, Jose at House of Furniture was able to get us the prices the other stores offered and was extremely knowledgeable about product. Seeing their dry erase board was full of deliveries, I thought that getting it all wrapped up delivered and set up within a few days was impossible. No way Jose! They got it done for us. House of furniture guys made our relocation so easy. Saved me hours of shopping and negotiating. 5 STARS!!"

"Jose is a weasel!!!! I give you a good deal, I give you a good deal!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Furniture is cheaply made!!! We purchased 3 bedroom sets, a daybed, sectional and a kitchen table and paid in CASH!!!! Jose told me they would check everything before delivery because we were shipping everything over to Hawaii! Somehow the hardware for the bedroom sets were mixed up between the boxes, and one bracket needed to make the daybed functional was completely WRONG!!! Making it not usable AT ALL!!! I call Jose to tell him about the issues, instead of listening to me he pretty much tells me THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE!!! REALLY!!! How is it impossible when I have a picture of the WRONG BRACKET ALREADY ATTACHED BY THE MANUFACTURER!!! We didn’t put that on, THAT’S HOW IT CAME!!! JOSE AND HOUSE OF FURNITURE DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!!"
