"Looks like this company is a scam! I ordered a $100 center cap and received a confirmation email over 1 month ago. The email and order tracking shows the shipping label was printed, but the cap was never shipped. I sent several emails requesting status but received no response. I called their number which is an automated line never gave me the option to leave a message or speak to an individual. I am contacting my credit card company to reverse the charge. What a scumbag operation!"
"Like many others, I placed an order for a center cap, 200 dollars, plus the least expensive shipping, which was 35 dollars, and I never received it. I had tracking info, and even though it's been 4 months, it still says that the product shipped, no further information available. And forget about emailing or calling them. Thoroughly annoyed with this place. SAVE YOUR MONEY, AND YOUR SANITY!! Avoid this place."

"I ordered a wheel center cap online. When it came, I was removing it from the packaging (a simple plastic bag), preparing to install it, when one of the prongs broke off. Because I had hardly touched it, I can only assume the breakage was caused by a pre-existing defect (in fact, when I went to take a picture to submit with a Better Business Bureau complaint, I noticed that another of the prongs was bent the slightest touch and it also broke off). The cap had scratches on it when I got it. I called the company to ask for a refund, and the woman I spoke to, who identified herself as the owner, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She kept telling me I was changing my story (untrue) and said the product wasn't returnable unless it was broken when it came. When I said there was absolutely no reason for it to break unless its integrity was already compromised when I got it, she said it was my responsibility to inspect it when I got it to check for condition issues. I said that as it broke while I was removing it from the package, there obviously would've been no way for me to inspect it before then. She accused me of lying and said I should "just get over it and move on with my life." It was literally the worst customer service experience I have ever had. When a business supplies me with a defective product, I expect them to make good on it. I have never before had a business tell me I'm lying and should "just get over" the issue. I'm an incredibly nice and polite person, and I went into this thinking that of course they would work with me to resolve an issue that obviously wasn't my fault, but apparently some businesses don't care about their reputation or the goodwill of their customers."
