"I bought a new Mercedes in 2021 and came to this audio shop to have a subwoofer and amp installed. Everything worked great and had no issues....until this month almost 3 years later. My car would no longer start so I had to take it to an auto shop. First I brought it to AAA and the car would not communicate with their computers at all because of the electrical damage so then I ended up taking it to the Mercedes dealership and what they found stunned me. My Amp wiring was ran through my firewall and due to that, the grommet that keeps everything water tight was unable to fit properly and they just left it like that!!!!! Overtime, everytime it had rained, water was spilling into that area and ended up completely frying a bunch of electrical wires, various modules and fuses. It was starting to mold inside because of the water that had gotten in there over the years and I just had to pay a $2000 repair bill to the dealership. On top of that, I still had to get that problem fixed. I brought my car to an audio shop to have them rewire the AMP wiring properly and while I was there the guy told me that the sub/box combo they had sold me was wrong and that the sub was far too large for the box they put it in. Very disappointing that all this happened so I'm leaving this review in hopes they do things the right way moving forward."

"Service was great and professionnal. They do a clean job and have good prices. Update: The 5 channel amp I brought was only connected to the subwoofer even if they made it look like it connected to all channels.If I just wanted to add 1 channel subwoofer I wouldn't bring in 5 channel amp."

"I took my Altima there and we’ll nothing work correctly and after they tried everything and still the sound sounded trashy I ask them to install the o.e stereo back on. I ask them if I could get my money back and they told me they would call me and see how they could do that. It’s funny because as long as I was giving them money the guy in charge would text me back fast or the same day. After the o.e stereo was put back I tried to contact the guy several times and we’ll to no surprise he did not text once back. I even stop there and gave the lady that was there that day my phone number so he could call me and yet again he did not contact me. Keep in mine I spend a little over 1200 there. Still waiting but it sounds like as long as you give them money they act like they are you are family but when you ask for some of that money back they act like you never stop there. Very disappointed at that shop, would never recommend these place. We’ll see if they even bother to reply back to my very poor experience."

"Just got a Kicker L7 and Rockford fosgate amp installed in my 2017 Prius. My whole experience at the shop was very professional. The staff was very knowledgable and didnt waste my time. Jay and Gus were very straight forward with me and didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt need. Very clean work and they did exactly what I wanted. They picked out the right amp as well without lacking quality. I am very happy with my audio system and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. An my system THUMPS!! A+++"

"Went into have our speakers checked on our Silverado. Needed new speakers. Jay showed us what we needed. Told told us to come back in 1 and 1/2 hours. Gus and Gus Jr did the replacement and installed speakers. Very good pricing. Great customer service."
