"Absolutely worthless. Booked a reservation for two ATVs about a week and a half in advance only to receive an email the day before our reservation stating he water is too high and they might have to cancel. So we waited to hear back on whether or not we could ride and never received a phone call, text or email. It was only after I called them they were like "oh yeah the water is too high so we cancelled all the reservations today." Also took them 3 days to initiate a refund but that's only because I called multiple times to make sure they actually did their job."

"Equipment was in good shape and our rental went very smoothly. Yes, it’s somewhat dangerous. And yes it’s a pricy activity, but no more expensive at this vendor than others that are available and we appreciated that it was locally run. Recommend a 2-hr minimum rental!"

"Update: July 2023 - their service sucks now. It took 40 minutes for shuttle to come. We were being told it rides every 5 minutes. I came to Pismo beach after 6pm and this folks were the only ones who agreed to stay late to make me possible to have an one hour ride! Very good attitude"

"Must do when in Pisno Beach. What an experience. The dunes are awesome. From easy to very technical dunes you can choose. As you progress your skillls, the climbs are the best. We booked 2 hours and they basically gave 15 min extra so you are always on time without discussion. People are straight: what you see is what you get, good atv’s, no frills all you need."

"Stay away from this place. They charge incidental fees when they don’t happen they accuse you of doing damage to the ATVs when it didn’t happen. They scam people just to take your money. They charge my friend $300 for damages that did not occur to the ATV. See pictures and the ATV is in great shape. They take advantage of the fees."
