"The first experience of renting a trailer was awesome, I’m pretty sure the owner was helping me. Today, Saturday, 3/4/2023 the buy helping me was a major D*&!, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and I will never do business with this place again. I would rather drive to San Luis or Atascadero, heck for that matter I would rather drive to King City than do business with this company as long as the guy that helped me today is still working here. I wish they had a negative star rating, I would give a negative 10 stars!"

"This place has moved and is now at a great location on the corner of 41 and Main street across from Chevron. They are so great here in service and getting you on the road when it comes to your u-haul rental. They also have for sale moving supplies like boxes and tape and do propane fills. I always feel confident that I'm getting what I need when I go here."

"Rented a 12ft trailer. Process was pretty easy and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Unfortunately they would not let me pick up the night before without paying for another full day which meant I got a late start on the day trip to LA since they open at 0900. Not an unreasonable policy, but certainly not 5 star service. Other rental places locally have let me pick up rental items right before closing without the extra day charge."

"Guys are great, they offer propane services and as a welcome to the neighborhood (we dropped our truck off here from a one-way move) they gave us a complimentary tank of propane! Will be back for sure whenever our grill tank runs out!"
