"To the idiot who manages this place: If you’re going to open the day after Christmas, fine, but schedule people. Why does anyone wanna wait 30 minutes for 2 drinks. It’s not like the place was crowded either, maybe like 3-4 groups. Doable in good time if you had a good # of staff on hand. I ordered at 3:19pm. I got a notif saying my drink was “”””ready””” at 3:32pm….. I didn’t get my drinks until 3:48pm. To the business owner or General Manager, if you’re gonna have a business open, then learn how to write a schedule, dimwit. I can sense a dumb dumb wanting to cut back on labor $$$ so they can get that quarterly corporate bonus. Just schedule 2 more ppl for peak hrs, hello?? Not gonna dog on the 2 guys working the floor. Sorry your manager can’t write a schedule to save their life. Get good"
