"I always get white mocha frappe from this starbucks and never had a problem with it. Today, I got the same one and they made a white choco creme frappe instead of white choco mocha frappe. So i kindly asked them that the drink I asked for is white mocha frappe, and the guy was like “yes, this is white choco frappe, you asked creme based“ which didnt make sense, bc I ordered MOCHA which is a coffee based, and the guy was keep blaming me that I didnt specify if it’s either coffee based or creme based,,,, hello…????? IT IS THEM WHO MADE THE MISTAKE AND CLICKED ON THE WRONG MENU,,, it was such a bad experience today… the cashier girl with the glasses on (asian girl) need more training."
