"Horrible experience will never be back here. Starbucks do better. My mobile order took over 15 minutes and the barista was argumentative. Bad service mobile orders should have priority too."

"Been thru the drive-thru twice, and both times i had to wait... longer than any drive-thru. The first time i had to wait for more than 30 mins to get 2 drinks. I remembered it so well. I had enough time to stop by before my mtg, and cuz of them i was late. The 2nd time i waited for 15-20 mins. And what's worse... it wasn't even busy!!... both of those days!! There were only 2 cars ahead of me and they didn't even order that many drinks! The drinks came out dirty, sloppy. I thought it would be nice to have a store in my neighborhood.. but not."

"So I go to a Starbucks literally every day if not 2-3 times a day (it depends how busy my day is) However, I come to this location EVERY Tuesday like clockwork and my two complaints would’ve just been the fact that they aren’t as friendly as others and the fact that my coffee isn’t hot when I receive it… BUT today didn’t just make me upset but also concerned me for that one person that may be on the lazy side and doesn’t pay attention to what is going into our cups… Just my coffee alone was $7 and I spent $30 plus tip for my order today and when I opened my cup up to reheat my coffee (I know that’s not the best to reheat coffee like that) however I seen something in my cup and I still don’t know what it is but I don’t think I’ll be buying coffee from here!!!! Maybe it’s time for some new training classes..???"
