"Walked in, told them I needed a shock mount welded, and a dot inspection on my trailer. After sitting in the shop for 4 hours, a tech comes over and says he can do the inspection but it’s going to fail because of the shock. I said well yeah, that’s why I said I needed a shock mount welded. Oh. We can’t do that here.. This isn’t a one off, I’ve been to loves to get my stuff worked on several times, and more often than not, I ended up leaving aggravated, and still having to find somewhere to get the work done, with hours wasted. Don’t waste your time on loves truck center. They're only good for tires and an oil change. And half the time they won’t even do that right."
