PATTERSON CITY TOW

"I called AAA for a tire change and the contacted Patterson City tow. Long story short I let them know I had tested positive for Covid 7 days ago just as a courtesy. (FDA says just to quatantine for 5 days). After 4 hours the driver decided that it was too risky for him to go and change my tire because of exposure. I assured them that I was home and that he did not have to do anything inside the car but change the tire which is outside the vehicle... the tool he needed was in the back on top of the license plate. He refused... I think he was just lazy and didn't want to go we went back and fourth from 1030 pm to 3am.. very unprofessional.. would not recommend. A is for emergency roadside assistance and they work for them...and like I said we would've never crossed paths at anytime."

They gave me an estimate of time they would arrive to tow it. They got here a little earlier and made it from Newman to Modesto in time for the body shop to work on my car. The young man who arrived in the tow truck was super friendly and courteous. I send a thank you out to them."
