"I normally don’t do ratings publicly but, I’ve never been so disrespected in a public setting in my entire life! I will NOT be going back to ANY Chevron. Your associate Matt is very very very rude! I’ve always gone to Chevron but tonight was unacceptable. I’ve been doing customer service for 22 years and I never in a million years make a customer feel what I encountered with Matt tonight! I’ve been going to this Chevron since I was 18! 22 years!!! Chevron just lost a loyal customer!"

"Had a prepaid card a while back and it didn't work at pump. No big deal, went inside to run it by the cashier and he seemed unconcerned and confused as to why I was trying to use a prepaid. Uhhh, because I HAVE one. Generally that's the idea.... He eventually ran it but told me they don't do $25 ones for gas, just $50 ones. Why sell $25 ones then?? Giving a 2 star because I did get my gas but damn I won't be back because I don't need the stress of explaining how a PREPAID card works. Maybe train the employees about those...? Just saying..."

"Horrible station and the worst people that work inside not friendly and un knowledgeable. Half the time the gas tanks are out of order the fuel rewards are not functioning on the machine . For the price of gas they charge you would think everything would be in working order all the time . I recommend to get your gas any where else but here."

"Employee “Matt” with the Ted Bundy glasses and mustache is the rudest and most unpleasant person I’ve ever seen hold down a job in customer service for this long. Regularly swears in annoyance when customers come in during late hours, and then mad-dogs you on your way out the parking lot when you leave in disgust over this. The last time this happened yesterday at 11pm was the final straw; I will never use this Chevron for gas or go inside the mart ever again. No wonder it is so poorly reviewed on here, happy to leave another negative rating."

"The first gas pump we tried didn't work. At all. The second gas pump proceeded to spill gasoline on the exterior of our car. At $4.25 for a gallon of gas I would like to hope for a better experience than what I just endured! Avoid this place unless you genuinely enjoy bad experiences"
