"I have been coming to this establishment before Carlos was the manager and even then I always had great service here. It was that time again for a synthetic oil change. And of course I had to pick the Saturday before Memorial Day. I like to call ahead so then I can plan accordingly, but I had went Friday afternoon to see if I could get squeezed in. I ended up taking my car Saturday afternoon and was able to get served quickly. Customer service was friendly as always, which was Carlos."

First they apparently ordered a wrong part as the car was not ready at the agreed time. When they supposedly finished their job, there was no difference with the car - the warning lights were still on and the car still behaved as before.
