"Very professional and thorough in preforming routine service and troubleshooting non routine service issues. Kept me informed at every step in the process and completed the service of the motorhome on time."
"The team at Absolute Auto Tech is knowledgeable, and they use a common sense approach to auto care. Brian always takes the time to explain why certain maintenance or repairs are recommended. I am confident my car will run well longer because of their service."
"A friend recommended Absolute to me 10 years ago and have been a loyal customer since. I had my last car for far longer than most people ever own a car and not only did the team at Absolute keep it running, and running well, they also helped me figure out what items could wait vs the urgent matters, since money was often tight when I was younger. Quality service paired with exceptional kindness is what will keep me coming back with every car I own."
"I have used Absolute Auto for about a decade and they are awesome! They are fair and honest with their pricing and the mechanics do outstanding work, even on 30 year old cars! I highly recommend them!"
"I was having a check engine light trouble code on my wife’s car so I took it in after seeing they have a couple good reviews on Subarus. I found that the wiring was going to need to be opened up to pinpoint and fix properly. I gave the full back story on the factory diagnostic procedure I completed on the vehicle including what trouble code they were going to find and where I believed the problem to be. I brought it in thinking a professional mechanic would do a cleaner job wiring in the problem than a shade tree mechanic like myself would. That info did not make it to the tech that inspected my car and they pulled the code I was already aware about, and quoted me $785 for a part that passed all testing procedures according to Subaru’s factory service manual. Their paperwork claims they will perform any factory service recommended diagnostics for the trouble code found, which they did not. I am certain of this because when I asked the tech if he performed continuity checks as per the Subaru manual he replied he didn’t even know what ohms mean, obviously he must have a certain level of understanding of what an ohm is, but it was a rude comment to be made. He didn’t check the voltage at the computer, or continuity between the part they claimed was bad and the vehicles computer. I asked if they were certain the $785 repair would fix the issue and he said no. Bad practice. Long story short, the only reason I’m rating 2 stars instead of 1 is because Brian reached out and asked me to bring my car back in so they could COMPLETE the diagnostic procedure I had already paid for. I assume this is because I brought it to their attention that they didn’t do what their paper work said they would do. Luckily I did not bring my car back and went ahead and fixed the issue myself, costing about 59 cents in wiring connectors, and it passed smog today. I am not a pro mechanic but rule number one is not to rely on a computer to diagnose for you, and start replacing parts based on what it says. The technician that worked on my car will spend your money guessing instead of following procedures set forth by the auto manufacturer."
