"Came in with a check engine light in our 2006 Dodge Sprinter. Lino was able to help us out the next day with replacing a part. However, the following day the light was back on and the issue was clearly not fixed. Charged us for a full hour of labor despite the fix taking less than 20 minutes. We were fine with the charge if it fixed the issue, which it clearly did not. Came to the shop during posted opening hours the day after he worked on it but it was shut. Confirmed over phone the following Monday that we could come in for Lino to take a look at it. We were staying an hour away (which he knew) and so did not want to make the drive without confirming he had availability. When we arrived, he was not there. His employee was able to run the code and then informed us they could not work on our van because they were too busy. Wasted hours of our time, did not fix the problem, and forced us to look elsewhere for reliable help."
