7-Eleven

"Drinks after school, snacks before going home for dinner, our family loves this grocery store open 24 hours. I have been coming to this 7-Eleven since 1977. The gathering place for the community. Love it."

"Absolutely horrible experience with the disgruntled cashier 10 minutes ago. The gentlemen clearly did not want to be there, and deflected his unhappiness onto paying customers. I bought a pack of Zigzag Rolling papers, upon arriving home I discovered they were all stuck together. (Most likely due to being stored at improper temperature) When I promptly returned to the store to explain the situation and ask for an exchange I was told- "no return, you buy more!" Agreeing to buy more I simply asked of he could check the next pack to ensure they weren't also damaged and was told- "once you buy you can check". Upon being forced to buy another pack I discovered they too were damaged, then and only then he refunded one of the two purchased packages. I have NEVER left a 1 star review but this is completely unacceptable. This store is right around the corner from me but I will go out of my way to never visit again. There are plenty of 711s around, this one just lost a customer for life."

"I am in and out of this store everyday, it is a great local store. They always tell me about the deals! Fast and friendly don't believe the Karen's!!"

"When i got to check-out, the guy refused to sell me the beer i picked out because it wasn't priced. However, the price was marked CLEARLY in the case underneath the item. He refused to walk over to the case to read the price, or allow me to. He also didn't bother to apologize. They should not fully stock items, only to have customers pick them out, then refuse to sell them. Safe to say, i won't be going back there."
